Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis

Registrations are accepted at the door based on availability

All registrations are confirmed once full payment is received

Registration fees are non-refundable for any reason including medical conditions.

ENCORE Dance Challenge reserves all rights to cancel, add, condense or expand all Convention days

All payments by Cheque or money order must be mailed and made to ENCORE Dance Challenge two weeks prior to the event.

NSF FEE of $35.00 will be charged for all NSF cheques

All participants will receive one wristband upon arrival to the convention. Wristband must be worn at all times during event

All participants (and legal guardians) must have signed legal waivers prior to first day of entry ENCORE Dance Challenge to participate 

Lost, misplaced or removed wristbands will not be refunded or replaced.

By attending/entering the convention teachers, studio owners, directors, contestants, dancers, parents and relatives give the permission to ENCORE Dance Challenge to use photographs and/or performance footage for advertisement purposes, print media, news coverage, or any other commercial use of our events.

By entering ENCORE Dance Challenge, it is agreed that teachers, studio owners, directors, contestants, dancers, parents and relatives will not hold ENCORE Dance Convention responsible for any damages, loss or personal injury which they may sustain while participating in any activity connected with ENCORE Dance Challenge or any participating third party.
