• Registration fees are non-refundable for any reason including medical conditions.

• NSF FEE of $35.00 will be charged for all NSF cheques

• All participants will receive one wristband upon arrival to the convention. Wristband must be worn at all times during event

• Lost, misplaced or removed wristbands will not be refunded or replaced.

• By attending/entering the convention teachers, studio owners, directors, contestants, dancers, parents and relatives give the permission to ENCORE Dance Convention to use photographs and/or performance footage for advertisement purposes, print media, news coverage, or any other commercial use of our events.

• By entering ENCORE Dance Convention, it is agreed that teachers, studio owners, directors, contestants, dancers, parents and relatives will not hold ENCORE Dance Convention responsible for any damages, loss or personal injury which they may sustain while participating in any activity connected with ENCORE Dance Convention or any participating third party.
