Biography
Sam Darius is a Canadian Actor, dancer, and choreographer, whose versatility
and creative energy has carved out a distinctive space in the global
entertainment industry. Recently starring in the West End production of Cabaret,
as well as Wicked for Good Part 2. Sam has taken the UK by storm with his
magnetic stage presence and expressive artistry.
With a career spanning television, film, live performance, musical theatre, and
immersive experiences. Sam brings a multifaceted and genre-bending approach
to his work. Beyond performance, Sam is also an accomplished
behind-the-scenes creative. Serving as First Assistant Director—on Taste Test,
the visual album by Canada’s Drag Race winner Priyanka.
Internationally, Sam has worked in Canada, Paris, Belgium, and London. His
screen credits include Workin' Moms on Netflix, Locke & Key on Netflix, and as
series regular Jack Ryder in the Hulu series Spellbound. On stage, he's graced
global events such as Universal Music Group’s debut show for Rêve and the
GCC Games in Kuwait.
Sam has also produced his own work, serving as both Creative Director and
Choreographer. His notable projects include HOT HOT, which he choreographed and
co-directed alongside Carline Torti, as well as original choreography for Royal
Caribbean Productions, Halloween Haunt, and Christmas Extravaganza.
Sam’s dynamic career has led to collaborations with some of the world’s most
recognized brands and platforms, including: Universal Studios, Netflix, Hulu,
Disney+, and many more.
